The proprietary “Fiona” software assessed the books’ compliance with the competition rules and their belonging to the literary genre. The results of the text analysis, i.e. plot features, keywords, time and place of action, characters, type of narration, originality of vocabulary – supported the decision of the jurors sitting in the award chapter.
As part of the cooperation, we conducted cloze tests, i.e. surveys on a group of Poles, the purpose of which was to assess the intelligibility of the text, necessary for the implementation of the GoodWrite.it project. It is an intelligent assistant to assist with creative writing. The Ermlab application watches over linguistic correctness – prompting, advising or pointing to language errors.
For the winners of the “Book of the Year 2019” plebiscite organized by “Magazyn Literacki KSIĄŻKI” we have prepared the Book Maps, i.e. reports on content analysis by artificial intelligence.
