The BookScout.ai software developed by Literacka became the inspiration for the next article ( the first article can be found at this link> CLICK ) by Tomasz Palak – attorney-at-law, speaker, blogger. In the post, we find the answer to the question about the copyright of what we analyze with artificial intelligence.
As you may remember, there is a blog entry about the copyright of the effects of artificial intelligence. However, it is worth considering what happens a bit earlier – that is, before placing something in a tool based on it that may be subject to such a law. Let us try to face this as well.
All in all, it can be said that I announced this entry. The previous one resulted from the cooperation with the Literacka company and it is the same with this one. I wrote there:

Therefore, we will consider how the publishing house can make texts and works available to Literacka (and not only) for analysis by artificial intelligence. And more broadly – on two possible scenarios of putting something in a magic box “artificial intelligence” in order to achieve some automated effect.
